This extended version adds 5 new Lauren sex scenes to the games, but unless you are playing both paths, you will probably only see 3 of them. When it asks, choose to replace the files.
For the patch, just unpack the 3 files and place them in your game folder. This patch will not work with the 0.07alpha or any builds before that.
